One Shot One Kill World Record
Honestly not great, lost 3-4 seconds in the final area before putting macmillan down, and lost about 4 seconds failing to get into the helicopter early, but apparently you can randomly lose time on the dialogue in the beginning, along with randomly losing time to bad macmillan pathing, not to mention wind rng, so I don't think I'll bother too much more with this, but 9:05 should be possible.
