How easily manipulated are you? Did you know there’s a war waging for the ‘hearts and minds’ of voters right now? Are we allowing ourselves to be manipulated by the powers that be to support policies that go against our best interests?
We certainly recognize when other people fall prey to this phenomenon, but can we recognize it in ourselves? We certainly don’t expect our political parties to be bastions of moral purity, but are they standing for anything at all? Or are they just good at gassing up our egos and causing us to fear what we don’t know? Let’s talk about it.
