Would it be weird for you to date a deaf person?
As Ashley was walking down the street, a random guy in a car called out to her. She approached him, and the man became nervous. He said he just wanted to give her a ride. Ashley smiled at him and got in. He turned to her and asked if they should go straight to his house. But Ashley started waving at him: she was deaf.
The man was very disappointed after discovering this. He nevertheless agreed to give her a ride home. However, this brief encounter wouldn't be the end of their romance.
