[Fix] - Can't install Oracle 12c,18c,19c - How to do?
While installing Oracle any version but this video I point to 19c on windows 10 pro.
Because, the machine already existed oracle account / log / instance . .. etc
Basically, check oracle services and if any existed or running (stopped it).
Then remove oracle services from system.
You can check online for sure which services need to remove.
If you are not sure, I recommend to backup registry first.
