【Photosho→Substance Painter】レイヤー構造を自動再構築するツール（PSD_to_SSP v0.0.9-beta）
PSD to SSP Beta: Photoshop PSDのレイヤー構造を JSON（＋必要な画像/マスク）として書き出し、Substance 3D Painter でレイヤースタックを再構築するツールです。
完全一致ではなく、復元できる範囲で作業を時短することが目的です。

▼クイック手順（最短）
1.ZIPを展開
2.Photoshop : Photoshopフォルダの launcher を「File →Scripts →Browse…」で実行
3.出力フォルダを選び「画像＋JSON」または「JSONのみ」で書き出し
4.Painter : Python →Plugins Folder に PSD to SSP.py を配置 → Reload → 起動
5.Photoshopの出力フォルダを指定して「レイヤーの構築」
▼既知の制限 / 注意
・完全一致は保証できません（色味/効果など差が出る場合があります）
・Hue/Saturation などカラー関連は現状未対応（または近似扱い）
・一部は画像に変換（スマートオブジェクト / レイヤースタイル / シェイプ・パス 等）
・Gradient Fill は角度調整の都合で画像1枚化（クリッピング時は書き出し時のみ一時的に解除して透明化を回避）

PSD to SSP Beta: This tool exports Photoshop PSD layer structure to JSON (plus required images/masks) and rebuilds the layer stack in Substance 3D Painter.
It is designed to save time where possible. Perfect visual matching is not guaranteed.

Quick Start (short)
Unzip the package
Photoshop: Run the launcher in the Photoshop folder via
File → Scripts → Browse...
(It loads the main .jsxbin from the same folder.)
Choose an output folder and export "Images + JSON" or "JSON only"
Painter: Put the plugin file in Python → Plugins Folder, then Reload, then launch the plugin
Select the exported folder and run "Build Layers"
Known Limitations / Notes
Perfect matching is not guaranteed (colors/effects may differ)
Hue/Saturation and other color adjustments are currently not supported (or approximated)
Some features are rasterized (Smart Objects, Layer Styles, Shapes/Paths, etc.)
Gradient Fill is baked into a single image for rotation/angle control
(Clipped Gradient Fill may be temporarily unclipped during export to avoid transparent output)

Free and commercial use allowed. No modification. No redistribution. Limited internal sharing allowed. No ML use.
