1. Open google and search www.onlinesbi.com , Click on the first search result on the screen.
2. Now you are on the login page, click on the 'login' option under the personal banking. Then it redirected to a another page where you will find 'Continue to login' option. Click on it.
3. Here you can login using your internet banking ID and password. Scroll down the page and click on the option 'lock & unlock user asses' option.
4. A POP up window will be opened, you have to select lock unlock user asses option as unlock user asses. Then enter your user id, account number and the captcha code shown on the box.
5. Finally click on 'confirm'.
6. In this page An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on 'submit'.
7. Another page will open where you will see two options. You have to choose one of them. The first option is ' using profile password; and the other is 'through home branch'. If you wish to unlock your internet banking then click on 'using profile password' option.
8. After clicking using profile password another page will open where you need to enter your profile password and click on 'submit'. Now your internet banking is unlocked and you can asset it.
