SierraSoft Counter Mount Dispenser (CMDP) Install Video 2025
Hello and welcome to the installation video for the Sierra Soft Counter-Mount Foam Soap Dispenser.
For new installs a one inch counter top hole is required or to replace existing dispensers of other brands with one inch holes, no tools are required.
When you open each unit you will find it is in a pre-assembled state. Please begin disassembling it starting with the power cable by loosening the connector and pulling apart.
Next, remove the buckle. The buckle is an essential part to connect the faucet and main body. Follow the white markings for proper direction to loosen or tighten.
Once removed lift the faucet, the screw sleeve and casing pipe will still be installed. Rotate the screw sleeve clockwise and remove along with the casing pipe.
Included is a chrome spacer and adhesive rubber washer on the right hand side which are recommended for installation.
On the left hand side are rubber spacers and a lock washer.
Begin by inserting the faucet into the one inch counter top hole. For this installation I have installed the spacer and adhesive rubber washer on the counter top side.
Please note, the casing pipe is only necessary when your countertop thickness is less than 0.94 inches, or 24.1 millimeters, and assuming the spacer is installed. Otherwise do not include the casing pipe in the installation.
Now carefully reassemble the unit. Begin by sliding the lock washer, casing pipe, and screw sleeve in that order up the faucet and rotate the screw sleeve counter clockwise to tighten the assembly and faucet to the counter top. Please tighten till hand tight.
Next rotate the adjustable ring on the screw sleeve to its highest position. Gently install the main dispenser body by pushing up into the faucet as far as possible. Rotate the adjustable ring down to meet the main body.
Proceed to install the buckle and rotate according to the white markings to lock. Please continue locking till hand tight.
Reconnect the power cable tightly.
Remove the battery tray, install 3 C batteries and reinsert the battery tray. Make sure the tray is fully inserted and set to the locked position.
Our dispenser uses a one button operation for its features. To power on, hold for 2 seconds to power on, you can verify the unit is powered on by the blue light on the faucet.
Change the dispense setting if necessary. The setting can be confirmed by the number of blue light flashes on the faucet. One flash for the default setting of zero point eight milliliters, two flashes for the high setting one point two milliliters.
Optionally, you can quickly prime the dispensers by rapidly pressing the button twice. The prime will continue for 25 seconds or until stopped with a button press. It is useful in new installations or after periods of inactivity.
