Planetside 2 Tutorial - How to use Certificates and testing performance - FPS Drops

I play the light assault class for the Vanu Sovereignty empire in this video
and I try out some C4 that cost 4 certificates and 100 catalysts. Every certificate upgrade must be attached in a terminal before it can be used and the C4 must be resuplied for every time you use it.
