EmPOWER Main Street Fund Check Presentation - Westville Village
CMSC's Executive Director, Michelle McCabe, Field Services Director, Carl Rosa, and United Illuminating's Community and Government Relations Specialist, Elizabeth Esposito, were thrilled to join WVRA Executive Director Lizzy Donius, WVRA Board Member Lisa Brandes, and Carlos Eyzaguirre from the City of New Haven to present a check for $5,000 for their Holiday Lighting Program.
The Holiday Lighting Program will brighten the neighborhood’s commercial district and strengthen its visual identity by installing festive lighting on 38 trees along Whalley Avenue and Fountain Street, creating a welcoming seasonal atmosphere and enhancing the district’s sense of place during the winter months.
