Apply for an Entrepreneur Visa
Have your Business Idea Prepared
The Home Office expects that an entrepreneur will have a business plan ready before attempting to launch an enterprise. and that you will be able to show that you are a business expert to establish your credibility. They will assess this with the Genuine Entrepreneur Test.
Have the Business Start-up Funds Ready
Have either £50,000 (if you have experience of launching a UK-based business or British financial backing) or £200,000 (if you are self-funded or partner-funded) in a bank, ready for use in a business launch.
Accumulate 95 Points in the Points Based System
75 points from having the funds required
10 points from meeting the English language requirement
10 points as a result of having funds for your personal living expenses
Gather the Required Entrepreneur Visa Documents for Presentation
These include the following:
The completed application form
Your current passport or travel document and previous passports
Evidence of having the required business forms
Passport-valid colour photograph

Tuberculosis test results
