Mana's a series where you fall near waterfalls in every major installment, mostly.
Square's action-oriented JRPG that never reached the heights of, say, Final Fantasy, took a long time to mature. Every game is fundamentally different - even in terms of core gameplay, but the most basic elements remain throughout - grab a sword, hit the monsters, get the power.
Koichii Ishii envisioned a beautiful world pieced together from childhood memories and imaginings. So today I make a Rabite fart out of a portal in his skull. 10/10.
