An outcome is a row filled with values, which are supplied by RVs.
An outcome/event/observation gets created due to the random variable’s supplying of data.
A Random variable is a measurable function 𝜴→𝑿 where 𝜴 is the set of possible outcomes and 𝑿 is a measurable space. Simply put, a random variable gives a value to each outcome where an outcome might be a temperature reading, a win or loss, or the distance a runner can jump.
Experiment: A design of one or more processes with certain parameters capable of giving outcome(s) that are unknown.
