Made originally by Forkontheleft - Suki ENB for snowfall weathers has been unbeatable for years. Based on the more neutral coloring Rudy ENB this runs on kabloom and SKGE shaders. (Tried his latest release of NALO) perhaps I would need to tweak that more although it has alot of browns and reds. This however tints blue and I really like that. The skin textures for most mods I've tried play nice outta the box. This is my personal tweak to nighttime and various weathers to bring out more details in various lighting. Enjoy !

HARD REQUIREMENT- ELFX (Enhanced Lights and FX) by anamorfus https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods...
BACKUP your original:
Enblocal.ini, Enbseries.ini, and ENB Series Folder located in Skyrim game folder to desktop. In case you don't like this preset.
1. Install ELFX core files ONLY
2. Install Painted World ENB in the Skyrim game directory.
Example: "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim".
Do--NOT-- install in Skyrim/data folder, or won't work.
(Overwrite everything, "yes to all" when asked).
3. Keep Painted World mod ESPs Low in Load Order. Keep ELFX esp High in Load Order.
Standalone Release: only needs ELFX
