YouTube Rewind 2020. Celebrating the videos, people, music and memes that made 2020 a memorable year for the arts and crafts community. #YouTubeRewind .
This is the biggest collaborative piece we have ever done as a community and I loved receiving everyone's clips (no matter how silly my requests were and despite how last minute this project was put together). The energy everyone put into their pieces was nothing short of inspiring.
*Please note that I did my best to include as many diverse artists as possible that were very involved in the community.
For those of you wondering where our amazing black artists are, I contacted both Minnie Small and Alphonso Dunn, but they didn't participate unfortunately. Minnie Small opted out, and Alphonso did not reach back out despite my numerous efforts. I really hope they can join us next year :( We hope they can join us next year. Also note that all group photos and gatherings were done prior to lockdowns
