MICROPHONE NOT WORKING on DISCORD on PC (HOW TO FIX) 💻✅️

Microphone not working on your Discord?
Great, so if you use Discord on your PC or laptop, and you're talking to your friends, your sound, your microphone, isn't working on Discord. How can you solve this problem? It's very simple, quick, and easy.
So, if I help you, leave a like and subscribe, as this helps us a lot.
First, with your Discord open, what will you be doing? You'll be going here, look, in the bottom right corner where the microphone is on your PC. You'll be right-clicking and clicking on this second option here, look. It will say "Troubleshooting," "Open Volume Mixer," and "Sound Settings." You'll be going here, look, "Open Volume Mixer." By clicking "Open Volume Mixer" here, the first thing you'll be doing is checking your PC's sound. It's low here. Under "Output Device," you'll be selecting your headset, and under "Input Device," you'll be selecting your microphone.
But here's the thing: usually, when you have Discord open, it appears here. In my case, it's not showing up—I don't know why—but I had just done this and it appeared. What I recommend you do: close and reopen Discord until it appears in this list of applications.
Once it appears—for example, like Microsoft Edge appears here—you'll click on it. You'll have the options "Output Device" and "Input Device." Under "Input Device," if it's set to "Default," click and select your microphone. Okay? Do this for Discord.
After that, you can click the "x," close this window, and now you'll be configuring it within Discord itself. In this case, go to the bottom left corner of Discord and click "User Settings." Several options will appear: "My Account," "Profile," "Family Center," "Authorized Apps," "Devices," and more.
Scroll down until you find "Voice & Video." Click it. A tab will open with options for "Voice," "Video," "Sound Effects Panel," and "Debugging."
Under "Output Device," select your PC speaker or headset. Under "Input Device," if it's set to "Default," change it and manually insert your microphone. In my case, it's set to "Fifine Microphone."
Once you've set it up, adjust the input volume—which is your microphone's volume—and the output volume—which is your friends' sound. You can test the microphone by clicking "Let's Check." Speak and see if the bar goes up and down. If nothing happens, the microphone may be faulty. Another important point: if you have "Push to talk" enabled, the microphone will only work when you press the assigned key. Check this. If you want it to work automatically, enable "Voice Detection." This will allow Discord to automatically detect your voice and transmit it to others.
After all this, press "ESC" to return to the main screen. Join a call with your friends, start talking or playing a game, and now you'll see that your microphone will be working normally in Discord.
But that's it! As I said, simple, quick, and hassle-free.
