Fill Text in With Image
How to fill text with an image using Gimp.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open the image you want in your text.
2. Make a new layer, choosing any color you would like.
3. Type the word(s) you want to fill in.
4. Select the only the text By Color.
5. Go to your layers (Ctrl+L).
6. Select your color layer, press Delete on your keyboard (it's important you press Delete from your keyboard.)
7. Select your text layer and delete it.
8. Merge the remaining layers.
**IF YOU WANT A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND CONTINUE
9. Copy the text (make sure your layers are merged.)
10. Open a new file with a transparent background.
11. Paste it and crop it to your liking.
12. Don't forget to save it as a .png file. Example: arcelia.png, earth.png, etc.
