Hidden from everyone - Overtaken by life. Diagnosis: complex PTSD
It's going to be very emotional and personal. I hesitated for a long time about whether I should even speak out publicly, but I don't want to play hide-and-seek and finally work through the things that have been bothering me for years.
So there it is, the diagnosis: complex post-traumatic stress disorder (cPTSD), panic attacks, and social anxiety.
This year seems to be my year of diagnoses, and in this video, I'm opening up to you.
It hasn't been easy to process this, and it's one of the reasons I haven't been as active lately.
