Here's a Bard DPS build for chaos dungeons and solo content! I go over some fun combos to use in the chaos dungeons for some good DPS. Bard's can struggle in solo content without a good build, but this guide should give you some formidable DPS against packs of enemies and clear your dailies really easily. Let me know if you like it!
