Managing AIMS Group Membership Access
Access to specific Avatier Identity Management Suite, or AIMS modules, may be managed by group membership.
To manage group membership access, start at the AIMS product tree and select selecting Security under Options. Use the Access Control options to manage AIMS access by group membership. When Active Directory is used as the primary domain, NTFS security settings may also be used. Users are allowed access when they have NTFS permissions OR the required group membership. To assign a group access to a module, enter the group name into the corresponding field, or search by group name. Then, select Save to enable your configuration.
