Jim Chauncey-Kelly, Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Ripple is also the Co-Lead for the Pride at Ripple Employee Resource Group (ERG). He has been a long time champion for marginalized and underrepresented employees at tech companies. Jim also helped form an early ERG at a large asset management company when they were an emerging phenomenon.
