How to place a multiple page PDF into InDesign. Multiple page PDF into InDesign with the Adobe scripts:
1) Under Window, Utilities choose Scripts
2) Click on Samples and then JavaScript
3) Double Click the script named, “PlaceMultipagePDF”
4) Choose the multiple-page PDF you want to place
5) Each PDF page is placed on a new InDesign layout page
Now, the problem with this is that the PDF is flattened. It’s like placing a picture or Link in a Picture Frame. Handy if just re-publishing, but we are graphic designing, right!
