In Vault Tech S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Attributes commercial Perception we learn how perception can help you survive in the wasteland. Use your perception to keep you aware of your surroundings and perhaps keep you out of sticky situations. The perception video also introduces V.A.T.S. or the Vault-Tech Assisted Targeting System which will enable you to scan threats and target their weak points. The higher the level of your perception the more accurate you will be while using V.A.T.S.
