Design Tips - "Smear Tool" to Make Liquid Blobs in CorelDraw.
Make a simple blobby look by using the smear tool. Use it to change the shape of a circle by creating bumps that will make the shape look like a paint splatter or a liquid blob in flat designs. We will use CorelDraw, a designing program, to do this. You don't have to make some curvy lines to make liquid blobs any longer.
