Tin Whistle/Flute Lesson: Phrasing (Slip Jig, Gort na Mona)

I had a few requests for a tutorial on phrasing and breath control and it's a request that's come up in the past so I figured it would be a good one to crank out sooner rather than later. The tune I'm playing as demonstration is one that I heard at a session about a month ago and then forgot about until I went to see a friend's show last week and they played it then. So I figured it was time I learned it properly.
