"Break It and Find Out" is a New Zealand popular science television series. Host Nigel Latta, a passionate science enthusiast, invites viewers on a fascinating scientific expedition where you'll learn many interesting things about explosions, gravity, lightning, breaking the sound barrier, car accidents, extreme weather conditions, what happens during a house fire, and what happens to a person when they find themselves in space.
In this extreme series, Nigel goes where few TV presenters have gone before, where he risks getting electrocuted. He falls off bridges, has tubes inserted into various parts of his body, deliberately induces hypothermia, jumps out of planes, makes explosives, sets a house on fire, exposes himself to hurricane-force winds, builds rockets, attempts to go into space on a deck chair, drops kitchen appliances from cranes, and performs other extreme experiments. He also meets all sorts of incredibly smart people doing truly complex things.
