My Vipassana Experience ||

It's been more than 1.5 years since I am practising Vipassna. In this video, I am sharing my experience.

Vipassana is an ancient mindfulness meditation technique. It involves observing your thoughts and emotions as they are, without judging. I personally feel that everyone should practice this. 10 days session is a must. You will experience changes in your mind and thought process. You will learn

1. Quiet your mind
2. Focus on the present
3. Accept thoughts, emotions, and sensations for what they really are
and reduce regrets by dwelling less on the past
4. Respond to situations based on reality
