Butchering Day for chickens
We had 9 roosters and 6 hens from when we bought a straight run of chicks. At about 15 weeks old the roosters started fighting more, so we decided it was time to get rid of all the roosters but one. We kept a Black Australorp rooster. He was the biggest of all the roosters.
