Do you want to build a game but not ready to do it from scratch? Good news: game engines such as Godot are there to help you create games without having to reinvent the wheel. Godot is an open source game engine for developing 2D and 3D games, a choice for many developers and battle-tested by many commercial games. It is known for its clever architecture and being light-weight compared to other engines 🎮
For this hands-on workshop, we are happy to welcome Kaan Alpar, indie game developer and creator of Beholder’s Lair. He will give an introduction to game development and explain the basics of the Godot engine.
