You can unlock Stealth Vest in DMZ just kill SNIPER in KOSCHEI COMPLEX and after this action you can barter STEALTH VEST in AL MAZRAH or KOSCHEI COMPLEX in COD MW2. Also, you can find Stealth Vest in Al Mazrah inside Snipers Hideout Room in Akhdar Village, but you need Skeleton Key to open this room. Stealth vest can hide you from any UAV including Advanced UAV. You can be visible only in scope as target with black mark.
