Ingredients:
Spinach leaves - 150 grams;
Mozzarella cheese - 125 grams;
Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
Cherry Tomatoes - 150 grams;
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
Flax seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
Spices to taste.
Cooking:
Dressing: pour olive oil into a container, add lemon juice, salt and season with pepper. Stir and let stand.
Cut the mozzarella and boiled chicken eggs into a small cube, cut the tomatoes into 6 parts. Wash the spinach leaves. to dry. Cut with a knife or tear with your hands.
Getting to the salad. I put spinach leaves in a salad bowl, add mozzarella and chicken eggs, tomatoes, flax and pumpkin seeds, gently mix everything. Season with dressing.
I decorate the salad with chopped tomatoes on top and sprinkle lightly with seeds. The salad is ready and can be served. Bon Appetit everyone.
