Revit's default sun position is a silly and not terribly useful "top right".

Use Project Base Point to tell the model the direction of true north. ( The base point is visible in the "Site" floor plan. )

Check your work by switching the View Control Bar - Sun Settings to one of the presets (any one of the equinoxes and solstices are most useful), set the time of day to 12 PM and verify that the sun is shining on the south side of the building and the shadow cast to the north.

Note that in the Steelcase building that plan north is exactly 90 degrees west of true north, so the value for "Angle to True North" must be set to -90 or 270 degrees. (Think of this as a 3/4 turn rotation )
