How to: Setting the Day and Date on a Seiko 6139 Chronograph
Using the push-in crown feature of the Seiko 6139 Chronograph to set the Day and Date safely. The Seiko 6139 movement is the same used in the Seiko 5 Speed Timers and Seiko Pogue of the same era.
