Very tasty bread, which tastes very similar to Borodinsky.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 350 g
Buckwheat flour – 150 g
Water (boiling water) – 380 ml
Fermented malt – 30 g
Vegetable oil – 45 ml
Rapid yeast – 6 g
Coriander – 4 g
Cumin – 3 g
Salt – 12 g
Sugar – 10 g
