Today in this video I am going to show, how to fix windows 7 blinking underscore on boot. This problem occurs to me. I am also suffered a lot in solving out this issue. At that time I searched for this problem on internet and found out some methods which I found to be useful for you guys. So I immediately made a video on solving this issue in order to help you guys. One thing I have to mention is that, this problem occurs mostly because of the windows file might have been corrupted.
