How to write a COUNTIFS formula (with examples)
COUNTIFS is like COUNTIF on overdrive. It counts up all rows where, for specified ranges, specified conditions are true.
For example, where COUNTIF says, look at this range and check for this, COUNTIFS says, look at range 1 and check for this AND look at range 2 and check for that AND look at range 3 and check for something else. And you can keep on going.
Where all conditions are met, the row is counted.
