This is an interesting story to teach kids counting (1-12).
They will count different shapes and colors of gummy candies (worms, fish, dinosaurs, red hot peppers, cherries, berries).
Toward the end of the book, they will recognize the different ways or groups to reach 12.
They can learn a little bit of addition by counting the gummies per group.
It is just a twist to make counting more fun.
Counting from 1-12 or more is a great way for kids to know their numbers!
