Troubleshoot | Android TV Box / TV Stick Doesn't Turn On

1. Check the LED screen or indicator light
Check to see if the device's LED screen or indicator light is on.
If the LED indicator does not light up, it is recommended to try replacing the power cord with one of the same voltage. If the problem still exists, try connecting the box's USB port and power supply using a dual USB cable.
If the problem still can't be solved, you can use the firmware to upgrade the device. If the problem still persists, it may be a problem with the motherboard of the box, it is recommended to buy a new device or contact after-sales serv
2. Check the HDMI connection:
If the LED lights up but the TV shows no signal, you should check if the signal source of the HDMI socket and the TV are the same firstly
Then check whether there is a problem with the HDMI connection, you can re-plug or replace the socket, and also check whether there is any object in the HDMI socket of the Android TV box and the TV
Finally, if it still does not work, you can replace the HDMI cable and try again.
3. Test device:
If the above methods do not work, we suggest customers try to test the device on another HD TV to make sure the problem is not due to the TV's problem.
You can bring the device to your friend's house to test it, if it can work normally on other TVs, it may be a problem with the resolution set by the Android TV Box/TV Stick. You can turn down the resolution of the Android TV box/TV Stick and then try it on your own TV.

4. Return to the factory for repair:
