The problem is that the bolts are not long enough (all three, by the way) and it can be extremely difficult to press the processor. Moreover, in motherboards where there should be a connector from another manufacturer - LOTES, you can find a replacement for Foxconn, which happened to me.
What to do? Do not try to press the screws. There is a high chance of ruining either the motherboard or the CPU. Do not order boards from abroad if you do not want to wait a long time for a return. Check the manufacturer of the connector and / or the clamp right away from the checkout :)
