This video is a comparison between Office 2007 and Office 2021 LTSC. Office 2007 is the first "modern" version of Office. It introduced new file formats - .xlsx, .docx, .pptx, to replace the old .xls, .doc and .ppt. It was also the first version to ship with the familiar Office ribbon interface. Since then, Office has changed a lot, but just how much? Is Office 2007 compatible with documents created on Office 2021 LTSC? And is Office 2021 backwards compatible with nearly 14-year-old spreadsheets, documents and presentations?
