I was playing Fallout 4 when I decided to Play as someone who stopped caring after seeing their wife being killed, son kidnapped and waking up 200 years in the future turning into a Raider but wanted to feel like a raider and have a crew, the only way I could think of was settlement.
But to have settlers, I kinda needed to align myself to the Minutemen, so why not play around that and have a crew as well as some settlers to boss around.
So these settlement builds are just going to be in settlements with Settlers already inside just to make it look like we taken over, besides imagine playing a raider with Artillery?
