Brand new for Insiders is =TRIMRANGE which excludes empty data below your table and fixes the issue of having ugly 0s and errors when you drag down a formula beyond what is currently there to account for formulas being automated for future rows/columns.
The dot nation e.g. =B5.:.B8 can be used as an equivalent as TRIMRANGE to simplify formulas, I go through examples here and what doesn't at the moment work so well.
