[ Lost Ark ] Enabling Bard Ark Passive
I enabled Ark Passive and present my findings after a week.
Some things are still experimental and maybe lacking data.
Mainly, the 2 Bar vs 3 Bar thing. Max uptime on 3 Bar is of course better than Max uptime on 2 Bar, but it's really hard to know what is best when it's not as clear cut.
