Rainmeter Not Syncing with Spotify? Fixed (Spicetify Method)
in this video i showed you how to fix the sync issue between rainmeter and spotify using spicetify and the WebNowPlaying plugin. a lot of spotify-based rainmeter themes stop updating song info, cover art, or playback controls because spotify doesn’t expose enough data by default.
so i walked through how to install spicetify properly, how to skip the marketplace, and how to set up the WebNowPlaying plugin so your theme can finally read song status and update everything in real-time.
after that i tweaked the rainmeter skin settings, changed its plugin type, selected the correct player name, and the theme started syncing like it should.
