Ready to feel better? Release stress and worry? Reconnect to YOU?

The first step is to lighten up the anxiety about what may or may not happen in the future.

Because, that worry vibe can get us all up in a twist, fueling anxiety and compounding stress. That leads to a chronic state of 'fight or flight' as our bodies pump cortisone to handle the threats, be they real or imagined.

Often, they ARE imagined. But even when there are real-life challenges facing us in the red hot moment, worrying doesn't help.

It harms.

So let's roll out the mat and do some Yin yoga designed to drop the anxiety and worry by regaining balance. Peace. Ease. Healing.
