CODEC IS MISSING OR UNAVAILABLE?
This Tutorial will help you to solve this problem in Adobe Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC so you can import your .mov files into these programs.

I already uploaded a video about this topic 4 years ago but here are more solutions.
At the beginning of the video, I show you some possibilities to import your file by converting them, so you dont have to install anything
At the middle of the video, I show you how to solve this error completely and this solution needs you to download a few programs.
It's actually pretty easy and fast to do, so don't worry about it. It is not that complicated to get rid of this error.
This should work for Windows and Mac Users.
