Is it really possible to save on heating costs by using a pulse heater?

At your request, I conducted additional experiments regarding turning on incandescent lamps from my EHU (electrohydraulic shock) setup.
The results are on video. I can only add one thing: during my work, I determined that this type of heating source may even be quite suitable, since the pulsed voltage is applied to the lamps during the surge, resulting in 100% voltage supply to the lamps. At this point, they glow at full power, which, of course, heats the filament to 100%.
Of course, after the pulse is turned off, the filament cools, which is clearly visible in the video, but if, for example, the filament were heating a ceramic tube, the heating would be more efficient and cost-effective. Of course, these are just a few practical conclusions, confirmed by experiments, but I believe that with optimally configured pulse mode, it's possible to achieve decent heating with minimal power consumption!
