ABOUT
Soul Grinder's highly anticipated second full-length album, Filth Encrusted brings their unique brand of heavy thrash metal to the next level with a corrosive mix of brutal riffs and powerful vocals.
Taking the listener on a thematic flight through peril from the clutches of certain doom, Filth Encrusted is a tour de force of heavy metal. The album showcases Soul Grinder's dynamic songwriting abilities and relentless energy. Vocalist Prilzor delivers a horrific new sermon with vitriolic wrath, spurred on by Kevin Ross’ percussion fusillade and Alex Avery’s transfixing melodic passages backed by pulverizing rhythm.
For fans of Chastain, Warlock, Holy Moses, Testament, Plasmatics, and Kreator, Soul Grinder is a must-listen. The band draws inspiration from these legendary acts, while also infusing their own distinct sound and style.
