name of theme show to user - Violet fuchsia
base Theme - dark
cd violet-fuchsia/
code .
changes (themes folder)
debug }} cogwheel }} remove configurations content }} Add Configuration... }} VS Code Extension Development }} remove preLaunchTask and outFiles }} hit debug
shift + command + p }} type in theme }} pick your theme
once done prepare for publishing
sudo npm install -g vsce
vsce package
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/...{usernamehere}
then click publish
locate generated vsix file
