Also note: This doc is meant for home Wi-Fi users, and those with single Wi-Fi password signin. If you're Wi-Fi is in a campus environment like a University, firm, or school where you usually sign in using a user ID and password, you may need to go through additional steps. If your campus uses a MAC address to approve consumer devices like a Raspberry Pi, game console, or smart speaker (which is what my students need at Boston College), then I've created a step-by-step tutorial here:
