Log into your cPanel dashboard. Scroll down and click on "phpMyAdmin." From the left sidebar, select the third option, "wp_users." Here, you'll find multiple options.
Then click on "trtR8 users." Here, you can see the id, user login, password, user nickname, and user URL. Now click on "Edit." This is your password field. Enter the new password in this field and select "MD5" from the drop-down menu. Then click on "Go" and "Save Changes." Your WordPress password is updated.
